Senior Fitness
Senior Fitness exercise programs are developed based on the individuals' goals and current level of fitness. Programs can be designed for weight loss, improved physical fitness, increased strength and flexibility, increased cardiovascular conditioning and improved posture.
Senior members of the community can participate in our specialized senior fitness program that meets the needs of the older adult.

Gilbert Orbeso, PTA, CFI
Gilbert graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Cerritos College and he is a Certified Fitness Instructor. He is trained in Pilates based exercise and has a special interest in senior fitness and aquatics. He has been with the Los Alamitos staff since 1994.
