Personal Fitness... Specialized Exercise Programs
Personal Fitness exercise programs are developed based on the individuals' goals and current level of fitness. Programs can be designed for weight loss, improved physical fitness, increased strength and flexibility, increased cardiovascular conditioning and improved posture.
The athletic population can work with a personal trainer to isolate sports specific activities, enhance athletic performance and prevent injury.

William Ha, BS, CPT
William Ha joins Los Alamitos Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine after earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from California State University of Long Beach. While attending, he was a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness where he serviced over 2,000 sessions. He was also a strength and conditioning intern at Velocity Performance. Upon completion of his degree, Will continued to work with athletes from a variety of sports in several settings and along with helping many individuals achieve their fitness goals.
