The Medical Oriented Gym Membership is a membership that is designed to meet your fitness goals. The program can be designed for weight loss, improved physical fitness, increased strength and flexibility, increased cardiovascular conditioning and improved posture.
Your first session will include a free consultation session to help properly introduce you to the exercises and equipment. Then, continue the program at your own pace. Take advantage of the free assessment to help design your personalized program. The result is a fitness program tailored to your desired goals.

William Ha, BS, CPT
William Ha joins Los Alamitos Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine after earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from California State University of Long Beach. While attending, he was a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness where he serviced over 2,000 sessions. He was also a strength and conditioning intern at Velocity Performance. Upon completion of his degree, Will continued to work with athletes from a variety of sports in several settings and along with helping many individuals achieve their fitness goals.
