Circuit training is a type of interval conditioning method that combines strengthening and aerobic exercises for more impact. The Kinesis Circuit Training Class is designed to deliver a great cardiovascular and full body strengthening workout in a one hour class.

The class focuses around our Kinesis pulley system, the only one in Southern California. Our Kinesis system is intended to improve functional movement along with developing core strength and stability. All levels are composed of exercise involving the "Kinesis", a very innovative machine based on pulley systems moving through all three planes of the body. The Kinesis system evolves the fitness industry from the isolating machines to more functional and dynamic movements.

William Ha, BS, CPT
William Ha joins Los Alamitos Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine after earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from California State University of Long Beach. While attending, he was a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness where he serviced over 2,000 sessions. He was also a strength and conditioning intern at Velocity Performance. Upon completion of his degree, Will continued to work with athletes from a variety of sports in several settings and along with helping many individuals achieve their fitness goals.
