Our Specially Designed Facility
Are you looking for an alternative to the traditional exercise program? Try our Aquatic Exercise program! Whether it may be continuing your current rehabilitation program or starting a new exercise program, aquatic exercise may be right for you. The H2O program provides low impact strengthening and aerobic conditioning ideal for arthritic conditions as it reduces the effects of gravity and body weight. The 90 degree water provides a warm therapeutic environment to increase flexibility and decrease pain. The pool has depths of 3-1/2, 4 and 7 feet to help accommodate and maximize the exercise process.

What are the Benefits?
During deep water exercise you will be wearing buoyancy devices keeping you above the water while exercising without the effects of gravity and body weight. Specialized aquatic equipment is also used to enhance strengthening, cardiovascular, and rehabilitation workouts. These devices add buoyancy, resistance, and stability to the workout.

Is this for you?
All levels of swimming experience welcome.
